Kathy's Banana Cake

Ingredients:
1/4 (115 grams) butter
1.5 cups (300 grams) sugar
1 cup (1/4 Liter) mashed banana (about 2 medium)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla2 cups (280 gram) cake flour
NOTE: Cake flour is milled especially fine - I use regular flour but slightly less than 2 cups1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup (1 dL) sour milk or sour cream

Cream the butter and slowly add sugar. Beat until light. Add banana, egg, vanilla and beat well. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together and then add to the banana mixture. Then slowly add the sour milk or sour cream and beat until well blended. Bake about 45 minutes in a 9 inch plan at 350F (180 centigrade).

Note: these are US measurements - don't know what you use in brazil but in England the cup measurement is different...
